Order Processing Time
All orders are reviewed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Handling Time
Handling time is 1–2 business days. This is the time from when your order is placed to when it leaves our fulfillment center.
Transit Time
Transit time is the time your order spends with the shipping carrier after it leaves our fulfillment center.
- Worldwide: 5–12 business days
Estimated Total Delivery Time
Total delivery time includes both handling and transit.
- Worldwide: 7–14 business days
International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can occasionally cause delays beyond the estimates above.

Shipping Charges
Shipping is currently free on all orders to all destinations.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24–48 hours of dispatch.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Tone Tec is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applied to international orders. All such charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
If your order is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or is significantly delayed beyond the estimates above, please contact our support team within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue.
