RETURN & REFUND POLICY Last updated: February 21, 2026

I. POLICY FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE US, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, & UAE

Return Window If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Sale Items (Final Sale) All sale items are FINAL SALE and are eligible for exchange for store credit only. We do not offer monetary refunds on sale items for customers in these regions.

Exchanges To request an exchange, contact support@trytonetec.com. Once approved, we’ll process a replacement order. The original item must be returned, and all return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Each customer is eligible for one exchange per order placed.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (or store credit if applicable) within 10 business days.

Fit Guarantee At Tone Tec, we are committed to ensuring you find the perfect fit. If your items do not fit as expected, we guarantee a size exchange within 14 days of delivery.

We’ll guide you through the steps and help arrange a replacement in your preferred size as smoothly as possible. Our goal is to make the process easy and convenient for you, so please feel free to reach out anytime for assistance. Note that exchanges may be subject to additional shipping or processing fees depending on the selected resolution.

Limitations This guarantee ensures a size exchange is available but does not waive the FINAL SALE status of discounted items regarding monetary refunds.

III. POLICY FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE UK & EUROPEAN UNION

Right of Withdrawal (Statutory Cancellation Right) In compliance with the UK Consumer Rights Act and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers residing in the UK and EU have the right to cancel their order and return items for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Sale Items (UK/EU) UK and EU customers may return sale items for a refund. The item must be returned in unworn, resaleable condition with original tags.

Return Shipping Costs Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to our United States facility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

IV. GENERAL TERMS (APPLICABLE TO ALL REGIONS)

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at support@trytonetec.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to ensure all details are correct and complete. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of purchase.

Damages & Defects Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will send a replacement at no additional cost for any manufacturing defect reported within 14 days of delivery.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Holiday Returns (Extended Window) Orders placed between December 1st and December 20th are eligible for an extended return window of 30 days from the date of delivery. Orders placed on or after December 21st follow our standard 14-day return policy.

Late or Missing Refunds If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received your funds, please contact us at support@trytonetec.com or call +1 (469) 461-7166.
