1. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 7–12 business days
  • Canada: 7–14 business days
  • United Kingdom & European Union: 9–17 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 9–20 business days

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

2. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is currently free on all orders to all destinations.

3. What's your return and exchange policy?

4. How do I know what size to order?

Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements. Our shirts run true to a modern athletic fit — slimmer through the chest and waist than traditional dress shirts, with stretch fabric for comfortable movement. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us at support@trytonetec.com and we'll help you dial it in.

5. Are your shirts actually wrinkle-resistant?

Yes. Our performance fabric blend is engineered to resist wrinkling throughout the day, hold its shape after washing, and stay polished without daily ironing. They're not 100% wrinkle-proof — nothing is — but they hold up dramatically better than traditional cotton dress shirts.

6. How do I care for my Tone Tec shirts?

Machine wash cold with like colors, tumble dry low, and remove promptly. Skip the iron — our fabric is designed to release wrinkles in the dryer. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners to keep the stretch and finish performing at their best.

7. Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment. Tracking typically activates within 24–48 hours of dispatch. You can also track your order at any time through the Track Order page on our site.
